Dr. Couvillion possesses a wonderful bedside manner that truly helped me feel relaxed and at ease before my procedure. I am incredibly happy with the results so far. He did a fantastic job, and I’m so glad he was recommended to me.

He is clearly very knowledgeable and professional, yet he also has a great personality that makes the experience much better. He listened attentively to all of my requests and was both patient and thorough when answering my questions. I would definitely recommend him to any friend looking for a surgeon.

If I had the option to leave a 10-star review, I absolutely would, but 5 is the limit! Having never had surgery before, I was quite nervous about moving forward with my breast augmentation. However, as soon as I met Dr. Couvillion, his calm energy immediately put me at ease.

On the morning of the procedure, the doctor checked in with me to see if I had any last-minute questions before we began. By the time the nurse walked me into the operating room, all my fears had vanished. I am thrilled to say that Dr. Couvillion and his entire team did a fantastic job; they were incredibly professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

If you are looking for top-tier results, I highly recommend Dr. Couvillion. I’m already looking forward to my follow-up appointment to see the final, amazing outcome.

I feel very fortunate to have discovered his practice

Dr. Couvillion is an exceptional physician who genuinely prioritizes the well-being of his patients. Right from our initial consultation, I felt completely confident in his care. He is remarkably intelligent and skilled, but what truly sets him apart is his empathy, responsiveness, and great sense of humor.

He has a natural ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable by always taking the time to listen to concerns and provide thorough answers to every question. I can’t recommend Dr. Couvillion highly enough; he is a credit to the medical field, and I feel very fortunate to have discovered his practice.

To start, Dr. Couvillion is absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly easy to talk to, truly listens, and never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. My first experience with him involved removing a cancerous spot from my arm, a four-inch incision performed right in his office. Naturally, I was anxious, but his ability to make me feel at ease turned a stressful situation into the best possible experience. Remarkably, the scar was barely visible within just a month; his work is truly impressive.

Following that success, I consulted him about a blepharoplasty and a brow lift. At 65, I felt I needed both to help open up my eyes. I chose to have both procedures done simultaneously in-office, which was a great option because it meant I didn’t have to go to the hospital or undergo general anesthesia (though he does offer that as an alternative).

The entire process took about three hours and went smoothly. I was able to walk out of the office and only needed about four days of downtime to recover. I am thrilled with the outcome! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Couvillion for any plastic surgery needs. I’m already looking forward to returning to him in a few months for a facelift and neck lift. Additionally, his office staff is fantastic—they are so kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Couvillion and his entire team are incredibly welcoming, professional, and expert at what they do. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are fully educated on every detail of the procedure you’re considering.

Whether it was the day of my surgery or the weeks following, he was consistently available to provide support and ensure I felt at ease during the more difficult parts of the recovery process. Without a doubt, he is the best in Houston! I will definitely be returning to his office in the future.
